Solenoids Warranty

P & P INDUSTRIES, INC., an Illinois Corporation warrants its products, including but not limited to those manufactured to specifications supplied to it, for a period of one year from date of delivery to the retail purchaser to be free from defects in both workmanship and materials. Any defect appearing more that one year from the date of delivery to purchaser shall be deemed to be due to ordinary wear and tear. P & P INDUSTRIES, INC., however, assumes no risk or liability for results of the use of products purchased from it, including but without limiting the generality of the foregoing: (1) The use in combination with any electrical or electronic components, circuits, systems, assemblies or any other materials or substances; (2) unsuitability of any product for use in any circuit or assembly. Purchaser's rights under this warranty shall consist solely of requiring P & P INDUSTRIES, INC., shall not constitute any warranty by or impose any liability upon P & P INDUSTRIES, INC. The foregoing constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy of the purchaser and the excusive liability of P & P INDUSTRIES, INC., AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS IMPLIED OR STATUTORY AS TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE SOLD, DESCRIPTION, QUALITY PRODUCTIVENESS, OR ANY OTHER MATTER AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR  LIABILITIES ON THE PART OF P & P INDUSTRIES, INC. In no event shall P & P INDUSTRIES, INC., be liable for special or consequential damagers or for delay in performance of this warranty. The foregoing shall not in any manner apply to any product which has been repaired or altered outside of the factory of  P & P INDUSTRIES, INC., IN ANY WAY OR WHICH HAS BEEN SUBJECT TO MISUSE, NEGLIGENCE OR ACCIDENT.
